  • Zeliq: the all-in-one B2B prospecting platform

Read our full review of Zeliq. zeliq homepage

    Zeliq: what exactly is it?

Zeliq is a B2B prospecting platform founded in Paris in early 2023. Behind the project is a name well known in the French Tech ecosystem: Dorian Ciavarella, who founded and then sold Hivency, a 100-person influencer marketing platform, to Skeepers in 2021. He teamed up with Guillaume Cruz, Hivency’s former CFO, and Victor Lennel, formerly at Pumpkin, as CTO.

What followed looks like a textbook funding story. Five million euros raised in fifteen days on the strength of a simple pitch, before the product even existed. Then a round of around 10 million dollars led by Exor Ventures, the Agnelli family’s holding company, already an investor in Qonto and Alan, bringing the total to more than 15 million dollars raised in one year. The stated ambition is not to become a unicorn but a “centaur”: one hundred million dollars in annual revenue. Today, the company claims more than 15,000 sales users, with customers including Join, Eurécia, AssessFirst, 5àSec and Astek.

Unlike other players recently absorbed by larger companies, Zeliq remains independent, backed by its investors. The target: B2B companies with 10 to 500 employees, with the United States in its sights and English as the company’s internal working language.

The product is organised around four building blocks covering the full prospecting cycle:

    • Find prospects in a claimed database of more than 450 million contacts, with filters that go beyond job title and sector (companies that are hiring, recent funding rounds, headcount growth).
    • Enrich emails and phone numbers through a waterfall system that queries more than 40 providers.
    • Engage through multichannel sequences combining email, calls and LinkedIn actions, with a dialer connected to Aircall and Ringover.
    • Manage team activity with lead distribution, lead scoring and a manager dashboard.

Since 2026, Zeliq has also added Zelia, an AI agent in beta, alongside an ongoing repositioning toward what Zeliq calls the “Agentic Revenue Workspace”. More on that below.

Enrichment across 40 providers: the headline claim, with caveats

This is the core of the product and Zeliq’s main sales argument. While most tools rely on one or two data sources, Zeliq queries more than 40 providers in sequence : if the first one cannot find the email or mobile number, the second takes over, then the third, and so on. The commercial model is appealing: you only pay for data that is actually found. The claimed result: 80% valid emails and 60% mobile numbers.

In practice, coverage is genuinely good, especially for European data. French mobile numbers are a strong point of the tool, often outperforming specialists such as Kaspr or Lusha on this specific scope. If you do cold calling in France, that is a real advantage.

But you need to understand what “40 providers” actually means so you do not confuse coverage with accuracy. Stacking sources maximises the fill rate: you will get a data point for almost every contact. That does not guarantee it is correct. Providers have databases with varying levels of freshness, and a model that only charges for data found structurally pushes the system to find something rather than nothing. The right metric is therefore not the number of fields filled in, but your email bounce rate and the number of incorrect phone numbers after a real campaign.

    Salesdorado’s take
Do not get hypnotised by the “40+ providers” claim. More sources means more coverage, not necessarily better quality. Our advice: use the 50 trial credits to enrich a sample of contacts you already know, then check the actual accuracy of the phone numbers and the bounce rate. That is the only test that matters, and it applies to Zeliq just as it does to any B2B data enrichment tool.

Find, engage, manage: the all-in-one promise

The point of Zeliq is that it does not stop at data. Once your prospects have been identified and enriched, everything happens in the same place.

The search engine gives access to a large database with advanced filters that partly replace Sales Navigator: headcount and headcount growth, companies that are hiring, recent funding rounds, and how long a contact has been in their role. You can build targeted lists without leaving the platform, then enrich them in bulk through the Enrichment Hub, which processes up to 10,000 contacts at once from a CSV file or your CRM.

Engagement then happens through multichannel sequences, combining automated emails, call task creation and LinkedIn actions.

The dialer is natively integrated with Aircall and Ringover, which lets you call directly from the tool without jumping between applications. On the management side, the team workspace automatically distributes leads between sales reps, applies lead scoring and surfaces performance in a manager dashboard.

The time savings are real once the process is running. One customer puts the saving at one and a half full-time roles for three users. Our testing makes that figure credible for a team replacing the usual stack of a data tool, an enrichment tool, a sequencer and a dialer with a single subscription.

Zelia and the AI agent: a credible direction, not a finished product yet

Like the rest of the prospecting ecosystem today, Zeliq is betting on AI. Its answer is called Zelia, a copilot presented as a sales agent: it identifies accounts matching your ICP and intent signals, prepares your meetings, cleans your pipeline by spotting prospects that are going stale, and suggests the next action to take.

The philosophy is reassuring on one point: the human stays in control. Every sensitive action requires your approval, Zelia suggests but does not decide, and the AI features can be disabled at any time. That is the right level of caution for a tool that touches your pipeline and your reputation with prospects.

Zelia is still in beta, available via a waitlist, free during this phase and billed in credits after the official launch, with the cost still unknown. It is a credible product direction, aligned with Zeliq’s repositioning as an “Agentic Revenue Workspace”, but it is not something to base a buying decision on today. Watch it closely, but do not buy on faith.

    Zeliq plans & pricing

Zeliq offers three plans, but the real issue is not the monthly price: it is how the credits work.

Plan Price (monthly billing) What to know
Basic €0 100 imports per month from the search engine, basic filters, 2 active email-only sequences. Pay-as-you-go enrichment through top-ups. A genuine discovery plan.
Starter €59/user/month 750 credits per month, unlimited imports, advanced filters, unlimited multichannel sequences, HubSpot sync. The reference plan for a solo sales rep.
Custom From €1,500/user/year Minimum 3 licences, 24,000 credits per year per user, unlimited emails, dedicated Account Manager, manager dashboard, higher API limits.

Annual billing reduces prices by 20%, bringing Starter to around €47 per month.

But the really important point is how credits convert:

    • One verified email costs 1 credit.
    • One mobile number costs 10 credits.
    • One DISC personality profile costs 5 credits.

The 750 credits in the Starter plan therefore mean 750 emails or only 75 mobile numbers. For a team that relies on cold calling, the allowance disappears quickly and you will need top-ups: €29 for 500 additional credits, up to €109 for 2,500 credits, or around €0.40 per mobile number.

Three pieces of good news make up for that, and they are rare in this market:

    • Credits never expire.
    • They automatically roll over from one month to the next.
    • They are shared across the team.

In other words, you never lose what you paid for.

    Salesdorado’s take
Two traps to know before you sign. First, think in mobile numbers, not credits: if you make a lot of calls, Starter’s 750 credits are really a plan for 75 enriched numbers, so budget for top-ups accordingly. Second, the jump between Starter, around €700 per year for one user, and Custom, a minimum of €4,500 per year with its 3 mandatory seats, is brutal. A two-person team has no natural plan and gets stuck between the two.

The point to know: Zeliq is designed around HubSpot

Zeliq’s website shows three CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. But when you look at the plan details, only one full two-way sync is clearly documented, with HubSpot : prospects, companies, email activity and calls are synced in both directions.

HubSpot is also the only CRM integration mentioned in Zeliq’s FAQ and the only one shown in the site’s footer. Salesforce and Pipedrive therefore appear to rely on lighter connectors or the API. That matters: the all-in-one promise only fully holds if your CRM syncs without friction.

If your team runs on HubSpot, Zeliq is clearly designed for you and the experience should be smooth. If you use Salesforce or Pipedrive, check the actual scope of the sync carefully in a demo before committing.

Zeliq vs Apollo: the real matchup

Zeliq competes with three families of rivals at once: data providers such as Kaspr, Lusha or Cognism, sequencing platforms such as lemlist or Waalaxy and targeting specialists such as Pharow. But its real rival, the one making the same all-in-one promise, is Apollo.

    Criterion Zeliq Apollo
Best for French and European sales teams Teams prospecting primarily in the United States
Data Strong in Europe, good-quality French mobile numbers Huge database but US-focused, average French data
Interface Clean, immediate to learn Very feature-rich but dense and busy
Entry price €59/month, free to try Free plan, then pricing that is often lower at equivalent volume
GDPR compliance Clearly European positioning US provider, requires assessment

    In short:

    • For prospecting in France and Europe, Zeliq has the edge: better local data, an interface a sales rep can master in a day, and a reassuring GDPR positioning.
    • For North America, Apollo keeps the advantage thanks to its database.

And if you need fine-grained targeting based on French legal data, Pharow remains more precise on that front, but without Zeliq’s integrated multichannel execution. Different tools for different jobs.

    Try Zeliq for free
Zeliq offers a free plan and a 14-day Starter trial with no credit card, including 50 credits to test enrichment in real conditions. Credits never expire, and you automatically move to the free plan at the end of the trial.

  • Waalaxy: the multichannel prospecting tool

    Waalaxy’s key features

    Automated multichannel prospecting

Multiplying the number of touchpoints with a prospect is essential to move them along your sales funnel. By creating a new campaign in Waalaxy, you get more out of your efforts by raising the number of touchpoints with your prospects, while making a notoriously time-consuming process easier.

For now the extension focuses on LinkedIn, Twitter and email, but other channels should be available soon.

Once the extension is added to your Chrome browser, head to a LinkedIn search page. You can then create a list or upload a CSV file that already holds your LinkedIn prospect URLs.

    Waalaxy Import

Once your prospect list is ready, you can pick your template (you will soon be able to build your own template/sequence).

    Waalaxy-templates

Templates are organised into sequences of actions. These are conditioned on your prospect’s behaviour: you can follow up if there is no reply after a certain stretch of time, for instance. Your template therefore plays an important part in your campaign, your tactics and your goals.

Next you have to select prospects from the imported list. You can also import new people into your list automatically. That lets you bring in your connections, the people who commented on your posts and the people who visited your profile.

    Waalaxy prospect selection

Then you have to personalise and prepare your sequences: that covers your emails, LinkedIn messages and notes. It is a crucial step, because writing a quality message is what sets you apart from spam.

    Waalaxy Message

Once everything is ready, check your work over one last time. Then you can launch your campaign! Waalaxy takes care of the rest. Worth noting: your leads drop out of your campaign as soon as they reply to your LinkedIn message or email.

    Waalaxy Launch

    Contact management

    Waalaxy Prospects

Waalaxy imports your prospects as a list. Those prospects then flow into Waalaxy’s built-in CRM, so there is no need for a third-party tool.

    Waalaxy-CRM

We particularly like being able to configure and customise the data, and the interface is practical and easy on the eye. If you are after a fuller CRM, do take a look at our comparison!

    Reporting

    Waalaxy Dashboard

The “Home” tab gives you a rather nice control panel. Clean and, again, good-looking, we also found it fairly thorough. You can follow how your campaigns are going (visits, connection requests, messages or emails). You also get an acceptance and reply rate (right-hand columns).

The data can also be sorted however you like: prospect’s country / language, target company, target job, acquisition channel, given time period, tag and so on.

The Salesdorado takeWaalaxy strikes a genuinely interesting balance between power & simplicity. We are (very) far from the market’s multichannel prospecting behemoths, which keep pseudo growth-hackers hunting for the perfect sequence busier ( 😂 ) than they do actual sales reps. Yet the tool still lets you set up fairly powerful sequences on the two favourite prospecting channels: LinkedIn and email. Do have a look at their public roadmap to keep up with the team’s latest updates and progress.

    Is Waalaxy easy to use?

    Waalaxy Interface

Waalaxy gives us a simple but effective interface, so the tool is easy to use, even for beginners. Careful though, simple doesn’t mean thin. You get plenty of features and configuration options to hit your goals as squarely as possible.

Do study the multichannel scenario templates closely, they are easy to use and will suit newcomers well.

If you need help, take a look at their YouTube channel. It offers several explainer videos (in English). You can also reach the team through the chat support, they will sort you out quickly.

The Salesdorado takeThis extension is proof that minimalism and effectiveness can go together. We like the clean, optimised and good-looking design.

Waalaxy, the only tool that gets around LinkedIn’s cap

Since April / May 2021 LinkedIn has capped connection requests at 100 a week, to keep spam and automation tools in check. That gets restrictive fast, because LinkedIn spares no one: bots and “normal” users alike are affected.

LinkedIn prospecting is far from finished, though. The platform lets you contact your prospects by email without it counting towards the maximum quota of 100 people a month, and that is where Waalaxy comes in.

The extension automatically pulls the prospect’s email and can still send a LinkedIn connection request, without the weekly restrictions coming into play. That technique therefore lets you reach between 500 and 700 new prospects a week.

The Salesdorado takeHere we are on the edge. You have to grasp that this is a powerful promise, but in practice the feature is fairly unstable, and you are probably better off targeting your 100 invitations a week more sharply than sending 500 at any cost. Waalaxy is also building a way to message the members of a group or an event directly, which would push past the 500 weekly invitations.

    Waalaxy’s integrations

Waalaxy works with many channels, which is an advantage: the more you use, the higher the conversion rate. So it is only natural that the extension offers plenty of native integrations. Through Zapier, you can also connect Waalaxy to a host of tools to update your CRM software automatically, export your leads or send notifications to Slack.

    Waalaxy Email

You can also link your Waalaxy account to a Gmail or Outlook account, or another email client.

    Walaaxy Trello

The Salesdorado takeWe greatly appreciate that the team stays open and that you can suggest ideas for upcoming integrations on this Trello.

Going for a year? 50% off your monthly price!

If you feel like working with the solution for a while, taking the annual option early is far better value.

Advanced personalisation at the heart of multichannel prospecting

With sales prospecting getting more competitive, advanced message personalisation is essential to catch prospects’ attention at different stages of the conversion funnel. Through Waalaxy, every first name, surname, job title, email address or even phone number can be enriched automatically through tools such as Dropcontact or Phantombuster, so your multichannel campaigns land in a highly targeted way. That level of professional personalisation humanises the first contact, creating a conversation that feels natural despite heavy prospecting automation. Whether through emailing, LinkedIn messages or even CRM syncing, every action can be set up to avoid duplicates, respect the rules of good conduct and lift your reply rate. This intuitive, multichannel approach gives companies a real shot at generating qualified leads while cutting operational complexity.

Lemlist vs Waalaxy: which alternative to automate your prospecting campaigns?

When it comes to picking the best tool to automate your prospecting campaigns, the Lemlist vs Waalaxy match-up comes up again and again. Where Lemlist takes a heavily email-focused approach with a high level of personalisation, Waalaxy stands out through an integrated multichannel approach, combining LinkedIn, email and soon other social networks. For companies after the best value for money, Waalaxy offers an accessible freemium subscription, with a business plan that scales with your needs, where Lemlist stays more rigid on pricing. On tracking, automatic follow-up or chat assistance, both tools offer responsive customer support and a clear interface, but Waalaxy wins points for its Chrome extension and its near-autopilot operation. Whether you want to launch a cold campaign, enrich your data, or simply save real time managing your leads, Waalaxy stands as a solid alternative suited to every sector chasing sales efficiency.
