Personal data is collected on our site by Salesdorado, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the La Roche sur Yon Trade and Companies Register under number 912 494 614, with its registered office at 154 rue de la Signeauderie, 85600 Montaigu Vendée, France.
CNIL declaration
Automated processing of information is currently the subject of an ongoing declaration. You retain the right to file a complaint for a breach of the protection of your data with this supervisory authority.
Data collected on the site
When you register for our services, the following data may be collected and processed: email, title, first name, last name, country, intra-community VAT number where applicable, password, postal address, telephone number, IP address(es) and domain name. When using our services, the following data is collected and processed: connection data and browsing data when you authorise it, order history, complaints, incidents, information relating to subscriptions and correspondence on our site. Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on the site (see the paragraph on cookies below).
Submitted data should not include sensitive personal data such as government identifiers (like social security numbers, driving licence numbers, or taxpayer identification numbers), full credit card or personal bank account numbers, medical records, or information relating to health care requests associated with individuals.

Your requests will be processed within 30 days. We may ask that your request be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity or authority.
You may also at any time modify the personal data concerning you by logging in to your account and clicking on “edit my profile”.
Cookies / Tracking
As a general rule, Salesdorado uses cookies to improve and personalise the site and/or measure its audience. Cookies are files saved on your computer’s hard drive when you browse the Internet, and in particular on the site. The hosting servers on which Salesdorado processes and stores the databases are exclusively located within the European Union. Salesdorado undertakes not to transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Account passwords. In accordance with CNIL recommendations regarding password security level, your account password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 digit, 1 number and 1 special character.
Modification of the Privacy Policy
Salesdorado reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular in response to changes to applicable laws and regulations. Changes will be notified to you via our website or by email, where possible at least thirty (30) days before they come into effect. We recommend that you check these rules from time to time to stay informed of our procedures and rules regarding your personal information.
