Our review of Breakcold, the AI-native CRM made in France

What exactly is Breakcold?

Breakcold is a CRM published by Logike SAS, a French company based in Paris co-founded in 2021 by Arnaud Belinga and Matteo Le Floch. The product started out as a lightweight social selling tool before pivoting, over 2024-2025, towards a broader AI-Native CRM positioning. The current marketing promise is summed up by Arnaud Belinga himself: “the CRM for 2026, not for 2010“.

That strategic pivot matters before going any further. In 2022-2023, Breakcold was “the social CRM for LinkedIn”, with a feed of your prospects’ posts at the heart of the interface. Today the official positioning puts AI and multichannel centralisation front and centre. The product now rests on two strong building blocks:

  • The multichannel inbox: email + LinkedIn + WhatsApp + Telegram brought together in a single CRM inbox, with automatic linking to contact records.
  • AI automation: leads moved automatically through pipelines, task creation, scoring, meeting summaries, enrichment of 50+ data points per contact.
The Salesdorado tip
If you are after a “complete” CRM to structure a ten-person sales team with mature processes, Breakcold is probably not the right pick. If you are a consultant, an early-stage startup founder or an agency prospecting mainly through LinkedIn, this is exactly the sort of tool that can win you 1 to 2 days a week.

Breakcold’s key features

The unified multichannel inbox

This is currently the feature Breakcold pushes hardest, and probably the most useful day to day. The CRM inbox brings four channels into a single interface:

  • Emails (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP).
  • LinkedIn messages.
  • WhatsApp.
  • Telegram.

The idea is simple: stop juggling five tabs to follow one conversation with a prospect.

In practice, this is one of the best-executed features in the product. You see each lead’s full history (emails received, LinkedIn messages, internal notes) in a single timeline. Once a contact is in the CRM, every exchange surfaces automatically as a CRM activity, with no manual handling.

You can create reply templates, trigger tasks tied to a message and work as a team through collaborative notes.

For a rep juggling LinkedIn DMs in the morning, emails in the afternoon and a WhatsApp exchange in the evening, this is exactly the sort of feature that saves 30 to 45 minutes a day on follow-up. For an agency or a consultant running several client portfolios in parallel, the gain is sharper still.

The CRM and pipeline management

You get the fundamentals expected from a modern sales management tool:

  • Unlimited contacts and companies, with person-to-company linking.
  • Unlimited sales pipelines in Kanban view, with pre-built templates.

  • Unlimited custom fields and custom objects to model specific business entities.
  • A workspace system for agencies running several clients in parallel.
  • Advanced roles and permissions to separate access within teams.

It is solid without being revolutionary. Compared with CRMs such as Folk or Attio on the “pure CRM” side, you will probably find Attio more powerful on advanced customisation and Folk simpler on network management. Breakcold sits between the two, with the multichannel inbox as its real differentiator.

The AI features: what they actually do

Since the “AI-Native” repositioning, Breakcold pushes its AI capabilities hard.

Here is what genuinely works today:

  • Leads moved automatically through the pipeline based on your interactions (positive reply, signature, ghosting and so on). It is the most useful feature day to day.
  • Automatic creation of follow-up tasks after every notable interaction, so you never lose the thread with a prospect.
  • Auto-generated scoring based on engagement (emails opened, replies, contact activity). A real plus for prioritising your opportunities.
  • Meeting recorder and summaries stored in the CRM (2 hours a month included in the standard plan).
  • Enrichment of 50+ data points per contact (role, company, email, phone, location and so on), from a single LinkedIn URL.
  • Smart views and AI formulas to filter and organise your records dynamically with automated logic.

In concrete terms, Breakcold’s AI delivers on what it promises: cutting manual data entry and automating the admin. It doesn’t replace a human SDR and it doesn’t write your emails for you convincingly, but on the CRM-updating chores that traditionally eat 30 to 40% of a rep’s time, the gain is real.

The Salesdorado take on the AI
The “AI-Native CRM” pitch is heavily marketed right now and every vendor (HubSpot with Breeze, Attio, Salesforce with Agentforce) is layering AI on top. What sets Breakcold apart is that its AI targets the prospecting workflow rather than marketing copywriting, chatbots or predictive analytics. That fits the product’s identity.

The Chrome extension and enrichment

The Breakcold Chrome extension is one of the product’s strong points. On any LinkedIn profile, a side panel shows the contact’s CRM information, their latest exchanges, their linked pipelines and their notes. In one click, you can:

  • Add a new lead to the CRM with automatic enrichment of 50+ data points.
  • Trigger a task sequence or an email campaign.
  • Look at the interaction history without leaving LinkedIn.

The extension also works on other platforms: Sales Navigator, Instagram, Gmail, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook and WhatsApp.

Email campaigns and the real volume limits

Breakcold lets you run cold emailing campaigns with personalisation, domain rotation and performance tracking (open rate, reply rate). It sits in the same tool as the CRM, which saves juggling two interfaces.

Let’s be clear on the limits: the cap is 30 emails a day per connected inbox, which puts Breakcold in the “relationship outbound” category rather than “volume outbound”. If you send 500 emails a day to scale a cold funnel, you will feel cramped fast. There is no native built-in warm-up system either, of the kind Lemlist has (through lemwarm).

The right approach, if you combine volume prospecting with multichannel activity, is to keep Breakcold as the CRM and centralisation hub and plug a Smartlead or Instantly onto the sending engine through the API or Zapier. That is what most agencies using Breakcold at scale actually do.

Integrations: Zapier, Make, API and the ecosystem’s limits

Breakcold currently offers around twenty native integrations: Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, WhatsApp and Calendly among them. For the rest, the vendor leans heavily on Zapier, on Make and on a documented REST API.

That fits the size of the team: Breakcold favours a solid product core over a HubSpot-style marketplace of native integrations. If your stack is heavily tooled (10+ SaaS wired to the CRM), you will go through Zapier or Make for the non-native flows. Conversely, if you run a light stack (LinkedIn + Gmail + Calendly), the native integrations are plenty.

Breakcold pricing: what it really costs

Breakcold made a radical choice in late 2025 by simplifying its pricing down to a single plan. No more “Essentials”, “Pro” or “Max” to compare: there is one offer, full stop. That is rare in B2B SaaS and rather welcome.

What the plan includes

  • AI CRM intelligence: leads moved automatically, task creation, scoring, summaries.
  • Unlimited data enrichment: 50+ data points per contact, at no token cost.
  • 150,000 AI tokens a month for the advanced functions (call analysis, ICP filtering and so on).
  • Unlimited contacts, pipelines, custom fields and custom objects.
  • Multichannel inbox: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram.
  • Roles and permissions for teams, workspace system for multi-client agencies.
  • API, Zapier, Webhooks included in the plan.

What to budget for on top

The single plan is generous but two potentially extra cost lines are worth planning for:

  • Additional AI tokens: at 300 very active contacts, the vendor indicates the token cost can reach around 90 USD/month on top of the subscription. That is intensive usage, but worth folding into your projection if you plan to lean on the AI heavily.
  • A separate cold email tool if you prospect at volume: a Smartlead or Instantly at 35-100€/month alongside. Plus a complementary data tool if you need lead lists with verified emails at scale.
The Salesdorado tip
The single plan at 59€/month sits below most of the “Pro” plans from mainstream CRMs (HubSpot Sales Pro at 90€, Pipedrive Growth at 49€ per user). At comparable features, that is very competitive.

Breakcold vs the alternatives: which to pick for your profile

The question isn’t “is Breakcold better than HubSpot?”. These are products playing in different categories. The real question is: given your profile and your sales process, what fits best?

Profile Our recommendation Why
Solo consultant, B2B freelance Breakcold or Folk Breakcold if you prospect actively on LinkedIn and want to centralise your channels, Folk if you lean more towards network management and relationship nurturing.
Lead gen agency, 2-10 people Breakcold Multi-client workspace system, multichannel inbox, competitive price. The combination that matches the use case exactly.
Early-stage B2B startup Breakcold or Attio Breakcold if selling is founder-led and LinkedIn-centric. Attio if you need more flexibility in the data model to scale.
SMB with a structured sales team (5-20 people) HubSpot or Pipedrive Fuller reporting, a mature integration ecosystem, advanced team features. Breakcold possibly alongside for the multichannel layer.
Volume outbound team (mass cold email) Smartlead + a separate CRM Breakcold’s 30 emails/day/inbox cap doesn’t suit. A Smartlead for sending, a Breakcold or Pipedrive as the downstream CRM.

Our verdict: who is Breakcold for?

Breakcold is an excellent product in its niche, provided you know precisely what you are buying. It isn’t a B2B CRM in the classic sense, it is a lightweight AI-native CRM with one real speciality: centralising multichannel conversations and automating the admin. The single pricing plan at 59€/month makes the decision simple, and the 14-day free trial genuinely lets you form a view on your own prospects.

Our final verdict
Breakcold is the right call if you talk to your prospects across several channels (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Telegram) and want a lightweight CRM that automates the admin through AI. Single plan at 59€/month, 14-day free trial: no reason not to test it on your own target accounts before deciding.
