Our review of Signitic, the French alternative to the email signature giants

Email signature management is often the poor relation of B2B marketing. Either everyone tinkers in their own corner with inconsistent signatures, or you pay €3 to €5 per user per month for an enterprise solution that is hard to justify for “just signatures”.

Signitic breaks that pattern. This French solution charges €1/user/month with every feature included. All of it hosted in France, GDPR compliant, with responsive customer support based in France.

Too good to be true? We tested it to see whether the value for money really lives up to its promises.

Key features of Signitic

Creating and deploying signatures

This is the core of this email signature management tool. Signitic offers a drag-and-drop editor that non-technical people can use: you drag and drop blocks (text, image, social networks, buttons) to build your signature.

A template library is available so you can start from a solid base:

Setting up the signature brand guidelines in Signitic

The real value is the sync with your directories. You can connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your HRIS (Lucca, LumApps) and Signitic automatically pulls in your employees’ details: name, job title, phone, department. If someone changes jobs or numbers, their signature updates automatically.

Deployment is centralized: the admin deploys signatures to the whole organization or to specific groups, without touching individual workstations. Employees see their signature appear in Outlook or Gmail without installing anything.

Marketing campaigns and banners

This is where Signitic stands apart from purely IT solutions. Each signature can include a clickable banner, and these banners can be managed like real marketing campaigns.

Creating a signature banner campaign in Signitic

  • Scheduling. You can schedule your banners in advance with start and end dates. It’s handy, for example, to promote an event, a limited-time offer or end-of-year greetings without the risk of forgetting to remove the banner afterwards.
  • Segmentation by department. The “We’re hiring” banner shows on HR signatures, the product promo on sales signatures, the support link on technical signatures. Each department carries the right message.
  • Native Canva integration. This is the key differentiator. You can create your banners directly in Canva from the Signitic interface, no need to export/import. Your marketing teams keep their design habits.
  • A/B testing. Finally, you can test several versions of a banner to see which one generates the most clicks.

Salesdorado’s takeThe Canva integration really is the little extra that makes the difference day to day. Marketing teams can iterate quickly on visuals without depending on IT or a complicated export process.

Analytics and ROI measurement

Signitic offers a tracking dashboard with the basic metrics: number of clicks on banners, click-through rate (CTR), performance by campaign and by department.

The system automatically adds UTM tags to links, so you can track the traffic generated by signatures directly in Google Analytics. You can then attribute conversions to the “Email signature” channel and calculate a real ROI.

The company claims an average ROI of 3,600%, to be taken with a grain of salt, but the idea is there: every email sent becomes a free visibility opportunity.

Digital business cards

Signitic also lets you generate digital business cards (vCard) with a QR code, on the Custom plan. The recipient scans the code from the signature and adds the contact straight to their phone.

This can be useful for sales teams on the road or at trade shows. It’s an alternative to paper cards (most of which usually end up in the bin).

Signitic plans & pricing

Signitic’s pricing model is simple, built around 3 plans:

Signitic Vs Letsignit, Boost My Mail, HubSpot

Signitic vs. Letsignit

Letsignit is the direct competitor on the French market, with a more premium positioning.

Letsignit stays a step ahead with very large accounts, thanks to advanced email routing features and a longer track record on the market. On price, Signitic is far more aggressive.

Signitic vs. Boost My Mail

Boost My Mail is another French solution (based in Nantes), with similar features: banners, campaigns, Canva integration, directory sync. Prices are not published.

The main difference: last we heard, Boost My Mail requires a minimum of 25 users for its paid plans, whereas Signitic offers a free plan up to 19 users, then a Standard plan from 20 licenses. For small organizations, Signitic is therefore more accessible.

Signitic vs. HubSpot Email Signature Generator

The HubSpot generator is a 100% free tool for creating an individual signature, not a team management solution. You pick one of the few templates on offer, fill in your details and copy-paste the signature into Gmail or Outlook.

HubSpot's free email signature generator

It’s perfect for a freelancer or a very small business that wants a clean signature without paying, but there is no centralized management, no marketing banners, no automatic sync, no analytics. If you have more than 5 employees and want consistent signatures, HubSpot is no longer enough, and that’s where Signitic takes over.

Salesdorado’s takeFor a freelancer or a business with fewer than 5 people, the HubSpot generator does the job for free. Beyond that, Signitic offers the best value for money on the French market: €1/user/month with every feature, with no prohibitive minimum. Letsignit remains relevant for large accounts with very specific needs.
