Efficy: a CRM software first and foremost

Efficy Contacts

Contact management in Efficy CRM

Efficy lets you keep your contacts’ information securely, notably addresses, the people you deal with, the history of the relationship, prospecting and retention actions, orders and complaints.

Efficy’s CRM lets you trace every action towards a customer or a lead, whatever the channel: email, call, letter. That allows greater coordination between departments and better follow-up for your customers. The same goes for interaction records, ideal for giving context to sales teams or settling disputes.

Salesdorado’s adviceAccess to the history of exchanges and their centralisation lets managers keep an eye on what is being done without risking the loss of information: if one of your colleagues decides to leave, your information is shared across your team.

The sales pipeline in Efficy CRM

With Efficy, your leads quickly turn into opportunities and the CRM redirects them quickly to the right sales rep, so your sales process is automated in the best possible way.

Efficy’s “Peak Me Up” application lets you challenge your sales reps and improve their results.

The CRM can then give you very complete reports so you can get the most out of your performance and find areas for improvement.

Your database is available online and offline, which lets your sales reps stay productive anywhere and at any time.

Gamification in the CRM: a significant plus for Efficy

Efficy Gamification

Efficy has brought gamified elements into its tool to make the sales process more playful. Your sales teams then have several challenges and targets to meet, such as growing revenue or the number of leads. Once the targets are met, badges are handed to the top-performing users.

Gamifying the sales process helps set up friendly competition within your teams and motivates them in their work, which translates into higher productivity.

Round management makes Efficy a CRM suited to field sales processes

The sales round optimisation module saves you time on planning your rounds. It gives you access to address geocoding, schedule generation and route calculation.

Everything happens in a few clicks: you pick the customers or leads to visit, enter your time slots and other constraints, then the tool calculates the most optimal route and slots the visits into your schedule.

Salesdorado’s takeEfficy is a CRM first and foremost, and you can feel it in how the tool is organised. We particularly like the centralisation of exchanges, which makes coordinating sales teams a great deal easier.

Efficy’s marketing automation features

Lead capture and assignment

Efficy’s CRM offers web forms and the ability to handle contact forms tied directly to the tool. That saves you from integrating the CRM into your website, which can be very technical and complex.

Those web forms also tell you the marketing origin of your contacts. Their marketing footprint is passed on to every CRM process, which lets you calculate ROI automatically.

Salesdorado’s adviceYou can also create custom landing pages and embed dynamic forms on your sites. Visitors enter information and are no longer anonymous, and that is the start of your progressive profiling.

Segmentation

For effective segmentation, you will have to factor in qualitative criteria (activity, status, geographic area), behavioural ones (open opportunities, need for customer service) and time-based ones (birthday, today minus 5 days). The CRM lets you define contextual values.

Marketing automation

Drawing on the best marketing automation tools, Efficy lets you automate your campaigns based on the customer’s actions: if they place an order or call customer service, for instance, they will get a matching reply. That is trigger marketing: we are talking about defined steps and scenarios.

Efficy lets you use its marketing automation module to analyse the behaviour of your visitors, leads or customers. That function automatically and appropriately fires messages on the most suitable channels (SMS, notifications, emails) in a smart way, to raise your conversion rate.

Building quotes and invoices in Efficy

Efficy Invoicing

Efficy offers an ERP module to handle your internal processes as well as possible. That smooths the exchanges between the various departments of your company and makes handling large volumes of data easy.

Efficy’s CRM offers plenty of integrations with the most popular accounting tools on the market. You can therefore feed your sales, purchases and third parties into your accounts automatically.

The tool also lets you create quotes, with a product catalogue so you can follow a consistent commercial policy and pricing.

Finally, you can create document templates from the CRM and the data stored in Efficy, addresses included. That lets you follow a consistent visual identity for your proposals, invitations or newsletters.

Salesdorado’s takeThis kind of function shows clearly that Efficy is more than a CRM. The tool becomes a genuine Swiss army knife and you quickly realise that the price paid is trivial given the possibilities on offer. If you would rather focus on an invoicing tool, we suggest you read our guide on the subject.

Reporting in Efficy CRM

Efficy Reporting

On KPIs, you can cross your information from within the tool to summarise your results. The data generated can then be exported as Excel or PowerPoint, ideal for a presentation.

Your reports are available as a dashboard, a PDF to email or an Excel sheet. You can configure your confidentiality level and the access rights of users or teams. For instance, you could limit customer service access to handling requests only.

Users are self-sufficient and have tools suited to their role (sales rep, adviser, marketer), and they can then build complete charts with filters, targets and plenty of other functions.

Salesdorado’s takeOnce again, Efficy proves well built. The tool is very complete and summarises results in the best possible way. The number of options available can be rather disconcerting, though, but with a little practice you should find your bearings without too much trouble.

Peak Me Up: Efficy CRM’s mobile application

Efficy Peak me Up

Peak Me Up gives you access to clear, shared targets on a dashboard updated in real time. The sales manager can create and customise challenges, send private messages to the reps and the other way round. A ranking of the reps then follows, based on their results.

Salesdorado’s advicePeak Me Up’s gamification shows in the rather playful design of the application. That is not enough to call it a mobile game, though, this is very much a professional solution.

The aim is to define certain actions that deserve a reward: sales, demos, product placements. From their smartphone or tablet, on iOS and Android, the sales team can look at everyone’s results and set up challenges or manage targets as a team.

Salesdorado’s takeGamification has already proven itself, it is an original way of stimulating your teams and pushing them to outdo themselves in a playful setting.

Efficy CRM’s integrations

Efficy Integrations

Efficy works with a very large number of partners, which lets you multiply the number of features already present in the “Vanilla” version of the CRM. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the integrations available on Efficy:

  • Business intelligence: Fire Tiger, Akanea, AGM Alliance
  • Data provider: Altares, Amabis, Creditsafe
  • Document management: Business Document GFI
  • Integrator: ASI, ATOS, Eureka Solutions
  • Digital marketing: Mailjet, Flexmail, Actito
  • Business email: BlueMind, Gmail, Microsoft Exchange, IBM
  • Electronic signature: Universign, Yousign, Connective

Another feature worth a look: two-way calendar sync. You can sync your calendar and your Outlook, Lotus Notes or Google meetings with Efficy, and your meetings then appear on both platforms.

Working with Efficy also lets you connect the CRM to the Office suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook), through a dedicated plug-in.

Salesdorado’s takeThe list above does not mention every possible integration with Efficy, it would have been far too long! For a complete list of Efficy’s partners, follow this link: you are spoilt for choice.

Customer support at Efficy CRM

Efficy Customer Service

As Efficy is a French solution, communication with customer service or technical support happens without a hitch. The knowledge centre is also very rich in information and you can reach a community forum as well.

You can also take free sales courses to sharpen your selling skills, or follow a training course to master the CRM. Finally, do not miss their YouTube channel, where you will find plenty of webinars.

Salesdorado’s takeEfficy is known for being complex and hard to use properly at the start. To make up for that, you have access to a great many resources and customer support that is available and friendly, enough to help you out when you hit a snag.

Efficy CRM pricing

Efficy Pricing

Efficy’s pricing comes in 4 types of package:

  • Starter, from 20 € per user per month. Ideal as a first CRM tool, 2 users minimum.
  • SMB, from 40 € per user per month. A more advanced package to configure the CRM properly, 5 users minimum.
