Clarify.ai, the AI-native CRM

Clarify.ai is a CRM software whose architecture has been built on artificial intelligence from day one. Clarify.ai was designed as a copilot that assists sales reps across all their tasks. It automatically records your meetings, enriches your contacts, updates your pipeline and drafts your follow-up emails and notes.

The Seattle-based startup raised 15 million dollars in early 2025 and makes no secret of its ambitions: taking on Salesforce and HubSpot, nothing less, with a more modern, more fluid positioning centred on AI. On paper, the promise is appealing. In practice, the tool is still young and fairly limited, but its original approach is worth a look.

We tested it, and here is our full review of Clarify.ai.

How Clarify.ai works, in 3 minutes

Clarify.ai follows the conventions of a classic CRM, but adds a layer of artificial intelligence designed to automate data entry and updates.

In practice, the tool automatically records your meetings (via Zoom, Meet or Teams), generates a transcript, extracts the key information, then enriches contact records and updates the sales pipeline in the background. Where a traditional CRM asks you to fill everything in by hand, Clarify tries to do that work for you.

AI also acts as a copilot when it comes to producing content: it suggests drafts of follow-up emails, deal notes and even outlines of sales proposals. The goal is to save time by cutting the writing workload, without locking the user into rigid templates. You can edit, correct or approve in a matter of seconds.

The way it works rests on a fairly simple model: you connect your existing tools (calendar, inbox, video calls), and Clarify starts collecting and organising the information. Sales reps no longer have to “fill in the CRM”, a chore most of them dread, and simply work from a feed the AI has already enriched. The tool automatically organises your data around deals, contacts and accounts.

That said, you need to be aware of the current limits. Clarify does not yet handle the advanced automations you would expect from a complete CRM (multichannel sequences, email campaigns, complex marketing workflows). Analytics are also very basic: you get simple pipeline tracking, but none of the sophisticated dashboards of a Salesforce or a HubSpot.

Plans & Pricing

Clarify.ai takes an unusual approach: billing does not run per user, as it does on most sales CRMs, but through a credit system.

Every action (recording, transcription, enrichment, email generation, and so on) consumes a certain number of credits. That opens the tool up to the whole team with no seat limit, but it also makes it harder to project your actual bill if you do not yet have a firm grip on your volumes. That is the flip side.
